Hello everyone!

Today I will talk about Postgraduate Studies. Masters and doctorates are great opportunities to learn and improve in an area of your career.  Also, if you have postgraduate studies, you will have more chances to get a job.

In my school days, I wanted to study Arts, take a restoration course and do a Master in Museology. In the first year of the career, I realized that restoration and museology are areas that require a lot of responsibility and I don’t feel able to follow that path. 

 

 

In the other hand, I have been working on a mentoring program during this year. It’s been a good experience, I love sharing information, resolve doubts and talk with other students. For this reason, I want to do the Master in Visual Arts, with that degree, you are able to be a teacher in our university. 

 

 

If I did other masters or a doctorate, I would like to study in another country or, alternatively, with distance learning. I have hard that, in other countries, are more alternatives of different issues.

One time, my aunt asked me if would like to study another career to complement my profession, for example, Art History or Philosophy. I thought about that but it is a lot of time and sacrifice. In addition, you have to consider the economic factor. So, in conclusion, masters and doctorates are the best options to specialize in a specific area.
